To assist you, we have set out below a return policy for purchases made in the United States and Canada.
Please note: Your original Space Grill receipt is the best form of proof of purchase regardless where you purchased your grill. Make a photocopy or scan and retain this for your records. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR RECEIPT
In order to obtain a refund or exchange for a Space Grill product that you purchased from your retailer, we recommend you have clear proof of purchase. Proof of purchase includes but is not limited to:
- Original receipt from the retailer
- An invoice from the retailer
Whilst Space Grill will make every effort to resolve any concerns you may have in relation to your product, please consult your reciept or place of purchase for their return or warranty policy where applicable.
